Didn't like anything, except location.

I enjoyed my stay at Airway Inn, Iah Airport mostly for its peace and quiet atmosphere. The staff were wonderfully helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The convenient nearby stores were a blessing late at night for quick snacks.

The staff were accommodating, ensuring a hassle-free refund process when needed. Close proximity to the airport made transit convenient, alleviating some travel stress.

Rooms are in dire need of cleaning, with serious hygiene concerns, including stained bedding and an overwhelming smell of smoke throughout.

I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Queen Room. The place was surprisingly good for a quick stopover. The recently renovated room exceeded my expectations and was comfy enough. The location is a major plus, making waking up for my flight easy. 😌

The bed felt cozy, but man, this place is a dump. The front desk was a mess with check-in, and it just had a sketchy vibe overall. Definitely not my best stay. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you truly have no other choice.

There were burn marks on the ice bucket, and the bathroom lights were tough to reach because the door wouldn't stay open. The A/C wasn't set right either, which made it uncomfortable when I arrived. The clerk was nice when I called for help, but overall, it was a mixed experience. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other option.

We appreciated the well-maintained floors and the efficient air conditioning in our King Room. The nearby stores were perfect for grabbing late-night snacks for our kids, making the stay easier after a long day of travel. Finding amenities nearby was truly a win.

In my wife’s opinion, adding some family-friendly activities or amenities would really improve our stay.
